SHIPPING POLICY

Jijo Ventures LLP. offers free domestic shipping across India to all the pin codes serviced by our logistics partners. In case your location isn’t serviced by our logistics partner, we shall send the consignment via India Post.

DELIVERY TIME

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving it. We strive to deliver the products to you within 7 working days from the dispatch date, depending on the delivery address. Larger orders will be sent via Surface mode and may take an extra 1-2 days. Delivery can be further delayed due to curfew, lockdown, or any natural calamity beyond our control.

A tracking number will be provided, usually within 48 hours of receiving the order (excluding bank holidays).

CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our end, with a 10% deduction as transactional fees. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. For cancellations, contact us at info@jijoventure.com, and we will respond within 24 working hours.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We aim to create and deliver products for your appreciation and satisfaction. Evoq Business Ventures LLP. return or exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. All refund and replacement requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order. Factors such as like/dislike are not eligible reasons for refund or cancellation. We do not provide any guarantee for the ziplock mechanism of the pouches.

DAMAGED DELIVERY

While we ensure the highest quality when packing each order, there might be very rare circumstances of damage when shipping. Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. You can decline to accept a damaged order and ask the delivery person to return the order.

In these cases of genuine damages or quality/manufacturing defect, contact info@jijoventure.com within 24 hours of receiving the order with the photos and videos of the package and its contents including shipping label on the box. We will either help you with a replacement or initiate a refund against the same.

INCORRECT DELIVERY

We double check all our orders before packing and shipping them to you.

However, if you happen to receive your order with the wrong or missing items, contact info@jijoventure.com within 24 hours of receiving the order with the photos and videos of the package and its contents including shipping label on the box. We will either help you with a replacement or initiate a refund against the same.

DISCLAIMER

Please bear in mind that minor variations on the colour and texture of the packaging can occur from what is visible in the product pictures on the website due to the assorted technological and physical restrictions of the digital medium. Most of our products are produced in small batches, and this can lead to minor variations in physical appearance or taste because of the manufacturing and artisanal process. The buyer acknowledges this risk when they agree to these terms and conditions.
